Ivan Torrado graduated in Law from Complutense University Madrid. He became a lawyer in 1998 and also added a Master’s Degree in Risk Management and an MBA from Mapfre, the traditional financial service firm in Spain.
In 1999, Ivan Torrado began his professional career in the Legal Department of Liceo Jurídico de Madrid. One year later he joined the Group Cotes, a well renowned insurance broker company, specialized on industrial risks and machinery insurances. After 6 years he became the Technical Director of the firm. After 12 years, he decided to join ATS. In 2012, he began as Co-founder and Managing Partner of ATS Spain.
Ivan Torrado likes to spend his free time with his family and children, whereby sports and maritime activities or climbing mountains are the ones he mostly enjoys with his friends. It is a true passion for him to see his children play football.
